We are processing orders as quick as we can. We know you are keen to receive your products and whilst every effort is being made to get your order to you as quickly as possible, these unprecedented times are presenting issues beyond our control.

Due to unforeseen demand, we are experiencing a significant increase in orders especially in those areas affected by the most recent lockdowns. We appreciate your support in choosing to shop with us and our warehouse is processing orders as quickly as possible. Order notification updates are sent as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse so please ensure you check your email regularly.

 

Our carriers have also seen a surge in volumes and also trying to get your orders delivered as quickly as possible although there may some delays in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. Our carrier's parcel processing facilities and delivery drivers are working in line with COVID safe measures to keep our customers safe. Our carriers and have increased processing hours to keep up with the surge in volume, and there may be delays in delivery as our carriers work through vaccinating their workforces and adhering to COVID restrictions in each state. Please adhere to social distancing rules and wear a mask when accepting deliveries.  We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience for the delay in deliveries.

Customer Service Enquiries

Our customer service team have also been inundated and are working extremely hard to provide responses to all your enquiries. We will endeavour to provide a response as soon as possible. For the safety of our staff and customers, Click and Collect customers please note the below requirements when collecting your order

All customers must check in using the QR code located on the click & collect door

All customers must be always wearing a face mask (bandanas/fabric scarfs are not accepted as substitutes as a face mask). If a customer is not wearing an appropriate face mask from the time, they exit their vehicle to collect their order, your pickup will be refused

All customers must attend to the Click & Collect door to collect their order over a trolley (ensuring 1.5m distance is always kept)
